About the role
A large truck transportation company in Coquitlam is hiring for this role. You will design, build and deploy AI features and shared services that product teams can build on. The role exists to bring AI-native and agentic software development practices into the company's engineering work.
What you'll do
- Design, build and deploy scalable, secure AI features and shared services
- Work with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, machine learning and computer vision
- Apply AI-native and agentic software development practices
- Collaborate across product and engineering teams
- Contribute to architecture, code quality, mentoring and continuous improvement
What you bring
- Senior-level software engineering experience
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as LLMs, RAG, AI agents, machine learning or computer vision
- The ability to build scalable, secure services
- Comfort working across product and engineering teams
- Interest in mentoring other engineers
