About the role
A mid-sized plastics manufacturing company in Baytown is hiring for this role. You will lead daily production operations and manage both the production and reliability teams, so schedules and customer requirements are met safely and in compliance. The role also owns the maintenance and reliability programs that keep equipment running.
What you'll do
- Lead daily production operations and manage the production and reliability teams
- Run safe, compliant execution of production schedules and customer requirements
- Develop maintenance and reliability programs
- Improve equipment uptime and performance, and oversee CMMS and maintenance planning
- Coordinate equipment upgrades and continuous improvement work
