About the role
A large pharmaceutical manufacturing company in Melrose Park is hiring for this role. You will lead day-to-day aseptic and/or isolator filling operations and the production teams behind them, keeping manufacturing compliant and high in quality.
What you'll do
- Lead aseptic and/or isolator filling operations and the production teams that run them
- Oversee formulation, component preparation, filling, capping and lyophilization
- Drive compliant, high-quality manufacturing through cross-functional initiatives
- Develop staff and monitor operational performance
- Troubleshoot issues and lead continuous improvement
What you bring
- Experience leading production teams in aseptic and/or isolator filling operations
- Working knowledge of formulation, component preparation, filling, capping and lyophilization
- A track record of staff development and operational performance monitoring
- Strong troubleshooting and continuous improvement skills
- Comfort working with cross-functional teams in a compliance-driven environment
