A large biotechnology research company in Louisville is hiring for this role. You will oversee a portfolio of centers and own their operational performance, working alongside center leaders and corporate teams. The role exists to keep the centers compliant, audit-ready and free of recurring issues.
What you'll do
- Oversee a portfolio of centers and drive operational performance
- Lead process improvement across the centers
- Maintain regulatory compliance and audit readiness
- Resolve recurring issues at the root
- Partner with center leaders and corporate teams on staffing, leadership development, employee matters and facility standards
What you bring
- Operations management experience across multiple sites or centers
- Working knowledge of regulatory compliance and audit preparation
- The ability to develop and support center leaders
- Comfort with frequent on-site visits to the centers
